Edit API Key

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to edit an existing API Key. Editing an API Key allows you to update its name, permissions, or other details as needed.

Before editing an API key you will need to sign in. You also require access to the bucket in that you intend to edit the API key.

Edit API Key

  1. Select the Bucket: Begin by clicking on a Bucket button on the left-hand side of the page. Choose the Bucket where the API Keys you want to view are located.
  2. Access API Keys: Click the "Manage API keys" button on the Bucket Dashboard screen located within the API Keys area.

  1. Locate the API Key: On the API Keys screen click on the edit button(represented by pen and paper icon) next to the key you want to modify.

  1. Modify API Key Information: You can now edit various details of the API Key, including its name and permissions. Make the desired changes.

  1. Save Changes: Once you've made the necessary edits, click the "Save" button to save your changes.

  • Browser Compatibility: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser if problems persist.
