Cancel a Plan

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to cancel a plan on Layer4.

Before cancelling a plan, ensure you are signed in to your Layer4 account.

Cancel a Plan

To cancel a plan, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Billing & Credits" button in the top right corner, represented as a dollar symbol.

  2. Click on the "Manage Billing" button.

  3. Click on the "Billing Portal" button.

  4. Click on the "Cancel plan" button.

  5. Information on the exact date your plan will be canceled will be provided. To agree to cancel the plan, click the "Cancel plan" button.
